Usb Loader GX crashes open exiting to Wii Menu

I hacked my Wii following the 4.2 Softmod Wiihacks guide and USB Loader GX was working perfectly. I installed all the cIOS patches from Hermes and Wanikiko. I launched many of my games just fine. Then I decided to download newer revision. However, I believe that due to me updating the cIOS's to newer revisions, I messed up USB Loader GX. Whenever I push Home and go back to the Wii's Menu, my tv goes black, and the Wiimote shuts off. When I push Reset, sometimes the tv loses signal from the Wii but the Wii stays on and the Wiimote shuts off. The only game that works as of now is NSMB (Reset resets the game, Wii Menu goes back to the Menu). Let my clarify that my games do work correctly, it's just that they don't exit properly (except Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom, that game used to work, now I get hit with a black screen upon loading).

I can't figure out which revision of Herme's and Wanikiko's cIOS installers I used to have, but all I know is that I did update Herme's cIOS 222, 223, and 224 with his latest cIOS v5 installer. The thing is, I downloaded version 4 so I could reinstall the cIOS's but it still doesn't work. I've tried to force NTSC on my NTSC games, but that doesn't work. I also tried using different cIOS's to boot the game, and that doesn't work either. So what could I try to downgrade to see if I can get the Loader working again?

10/4; it's a simple matter of signcheck wii or syscheck that can generate a report of installed IOS and save to your SD card. Try searching, you'll get there :)

Just went through ten pages of searching trying to find out any info over my USB Loader issue. I'm going to reinstall Hermes v4 with these settings (IOS202 as 38 merged with 60, IOS222 as 38 merged with 37, IOS223 as 38) but first im deleting those IOS's with AnyTitleDeleter. Now I have a new problem, HBC stopped loading all my apps. So after searching through more pages, I'm going to try and reinstall HBC. After reinstalling that, reinstalling the IOS's, and resetting USB Loader GX's settings to default, if that doesn't work, then I'll update this thread. :(

The simpler, less involved solution for trouble-shooting was already mentioned by me. Whatever you think, your time involved not mine (I hope you're referring to IOS 222/223/202 for ATD deletes; never uninstall or delete an IOS below 200).

Yeah I read up on that "never delete anything below 200" and I made sure I didn't. Googleing said "signCheck is a homebrew application which does several checks on your Wii's IOS. It can check if fakesigning (aka trucha bug) can be used, if nand, usb 2 ios tree or boot2 ios tree is accessible by each ios. At the end of the test it will output a .csv log named signCheck.csv to your sd card root." So do you want me to paste that here once I run it?

Well I fixed my issue with the HBC not loading everything, but the USB Loader GX is still having the same problems. Here's the output .csv build. See anything out of the ordinary?

Nope, I assume you've got IOS 70 patched (a known bug with signcheck to not report accurately; it will always say "disabled," whether true or not). Please be aware that USB Loader GX is always under development and I believe Gen3SF mentioned the recent string of versions have proven buggy. You can take a look here and try a different version.

IOS70? The softmod guide never mentioned that, but I'll patch it now. I'll use the IOS70-patched.wad that's included in the main download link from the "Softmod any 4.2" guide (I should also install IOS60-patched.wad too right?). At the moment, I'm going to try to use Configurable USB Loader. Thanks for the suggestions and tips though, I appreciate it.

It's needed for virtual channels/wiiware. Not to mention if you install Priiloader. IOS 60 installed and patched (if unstubbed first) is a backstop in case newbs downgrade (which the guides say will brick 4.2 Wiis) so they don't have a white brick on their hands.

Unstubbed? So I should delete the stub like I did for IOS 222, 223,249, and 250? Should I do the same for IOS 70 as well?
