USB loader GX not recognizing games with new drive

I have a WD My Book Essential drive that I transfered some games too. USB loader will not load any of the games on the drive. I have a 8 gig USB thumbdrive that works perfect with USB loader GX.

Wiiflow will load all the games and works perfect with the WD USB drive. I have the latest USB loader gx I believe.

When I use any of the WBFS software tools I have they show all the games fine.

    Any idea's?

your WD drive is it the 1T version ? I have seen reports of it not working correctly and having to unplug and replug it in when your loader is starting.

**edit** just reread your post are you seeing the games in gx at all ? what point do you have issues ? Does it also give you any errors ?

Drive is plugged in and then I start usb loader gx, it starts fine but the front page is blank, the icons at the top are there and they work if you click on them as do all the other icons at the bottom like setup and shutdown and all but the front is just blank with no games listed at all. I can plug my thumbdrive in and it will work with no problems. I can start wiiflow and it will work with no problems. There are no errors that it gives. It is the 500 Gig version.

Have you tried a previous version of GX? You may want to try the last stable version of GX and see if that helps. Another thing to consider, GX may have some kind of config file on your SD card, try removing that from the SD card (save it on your computer if you want to keep it), let GX create another config file on your SD card.

The config file was it. I deleted all the usb loader files from the sd card and now everything is good. Thanks buddy I would have never thought of that.
