I been checking waninkoko's blog daily for this release, forgot to check today.

    EDIT
What wad do you use for the wad install? Does waninkoko leave that open for the mios .wad of your choice? or is he looking for wad, figure he would already know which wad to use.

or, you can keep the cMIOS up to date by using the latest MIOS .wad, that makes more sense.

I haven't tried it out yet..
But I think you use RVL-mios-v8 (same as in the previous versions..).
If not it should give you an error message for wrong wad file or something like that..

I think you can download the latest, MIOS v10, with NUS downloader and pack as a wad. Then use that wad to do a wad install of cMIOS rev5 installer. I'm going to give it a try later, got to go somewhere right now. Don't quote me on this, just guessing, play with wads at your own risk, but I don't see how this can brick.

    Wanted MIOS original WAD file
Maybe this means what ever MIOS you want to use, could be a bad translation.

I just did a google translation and got this
    Installation for WAD:

    - Copy the WAD file of mine in the root directory of a device.
    - Insert the device into the Wii.
    - Run the installer.
    - Choose the option "Installation WAD.
    - Choose the device where you copied the WAD file.

Its not a bad translation stomp, I just asked waninkoko himself via Twitter, he says it can use any mIOS as base. His original words:

    Which one should we use?
I used v10 (updated with pimpmywii) once but it isn't compatible with GameCube Loader 0.2..
    Now I have rev3 with v8 and I don't have any problems..

Re-install the original mIOS or custom mIOS. This would overwrite the current one installed on the console.
