Is there a way to update all the cIOS through wifi insted of installing them one by one?

You could try cioscorp if you use system menu 3.2
more info at CIOSCORP For Dummies? - GBAtemp.net
I installed this on 4.2E and it made all my games work but the homebrew channel is upside down.

Not to restate what has been said... Pimp my Wii is freakin' awesome. It will take care of everything for you. I accidentally updated my buddies system menu with it, no problems at all. It will not update to system menu 4.2, but it will surely install IOS 70, which is what system menu 4.2 uses. It will also fix (or in this case, unfix) the trucha bug and other things that prevent your Wii from running various homebrew applications.

When you install a cIOS, there should be multiple options on the install. Where it asks you select the source, instead of saying "Wads", if you hit right or left, a network install option should come up. If you don't mind me asking, is there a reason you don't want to use Wad installs for it?

If you want to update to system menu 4.2, there are guides around this particular site to do it. You don't need system menu 4.2 for anything though. I am still running strong with 4.1 and have had zero problems. You will never need the newest system menu to play a game. I have used a program called DOP-IOS Mod, it will install new system menus, but I have never actually used this and CANNOT verify the safety of using it for this. As always, anything you do to your Wii is all on you.

The cIOS is not updated enough to worry about how to do it. I'm on 3.2 and have never updated my IOS's and all the games work, hmm. Why are you updating the IOS's?
