Can't Load/Play Final Fantasy Crystal Bearer

I've been searching the forums and the internet on how to make FFCB to work but I still can't find the solution. I've used neogamma, wiiflow, configurable usbloader, usbloader gx, tried different settings, installed hermes cIOS 222/223, and updated everything but still can't load/play FFCB. Everytime I tried to load the game I get a black screen. Can anyone help me with this. Thank you very much. I'd really appreciate any help you can give me.

Install CIOS rev 14 on 249, that should solve your problem.

I already did but it still not working. I am thinking maybe the game that I've downloaded is corrupt. I am able to play other games with no problem except for this one. Thanks anyway for your input.

I'm on firmware 4.2, (updated recently using the safe installer) and the game runs perfectly. You may have to softmod all over again.

This is bad information, firmware update is not needed to play any game. I have 3.2 firmware and FFCB plays fine with Configurable USB Loader with cIOS38 rev14 installed.

I thought updating to 4.2 is not harmful anymore since bannerbomb v2.

I'm also having the same problem. When I try and load the game in the Disc Channel using cIOScorp, I get a black screen and a green screen when I try to force PAL in Neogamma. It works in Neogamma on NTSC, but it's in black and white.
