How to use the DJ Hero DLC hack

As I am from the UK, I wanted to test the DJ Hero DLC hack which Hairy Ballsagna released a few days ago.

My copy of DJ hero is PAL (Europe) and I believe this DLC hack is for NTSC-U. Therefore you will need to change your shopping channel region to USA. I have done this successfully with AnyRegion Changer. Also may I add you need the latest version of the shopping channel!

When I fire up the game now and go to DLC, I get "No downloadable content available" however if i revert the shopping channel back to UK, the content is there to purchase not purchased ;)

I have been scratching head and cannot find an answer to why I cannot get this to work. Could it be that I am using the PAL version of the game?

I've got exactly the same problem with the same setup so it must be the fact that the game is PAL.

I went as far as ripping the ISO and change region to NTSC before running through wiiflow/usb loader gx but I've still got the same problem, no content at all when shop is NTSC and game is PAL.

I tried several methods to convert to NTSC, wiifrii, wiigionfrii and wazzle dazzle and I'm not convinced the ISO was changed to NTSC but then I'm running games through wiiflow and USB Loader GX so region isn't too much of an issue for me.

Let's hope HB can come up with a PAL version soon :-)

I'm glad I'm not the only one with this problem.

I wish I can get myself a copy of the NTSC version to see if this hack actually works.

same problem but i dont know how to change my console region i just hope he gets PAL version

Ok I might be wrong here and I havent done this yet but from what I know with DLC and GH5 the hack only works if you have an NTSC copy of the game. It will not work if you have a PAL game... and you are trying to get content from the North Americian store... Now this could be different with DJ Hero but I really don't think so ....

I would say you have to either get an NTSC copy of the game or wait till someone can make a PAL version of the hack...

the pal version dlc has been hacked now, search for 'one up dj hero dlc' on google

I can't even use with NTSC version, inside the music shop all songs are "downloadle" but when I try do download them I receive the error code 240036...

i get the same error 240036
even though i updated my regionchanged shop channel
to the lastest version with dopmii

guitar hero 5 ntsc shop works without any problems

but seems dj hero hack doesnt work (anymore?)

The creator from this hacks have a official website for instance?
