3.4e cios14 error 002 and cant get into system settings

i have softmodded quite a few wii's for friends now...
my m8 had one xmasd 3.4e
    i used the softmod instructions
    got to preloader .29 ...
once that was installed it came up on the screen saying some files where corrupted
i started the wii by holding the reset button to get into preloader
i changed the preloader to use iso249 ( it comes up with error message on any other iso
once i got the wii working again i went to hbc and installed the cios rev14 and backup launcher
now the wii still recorgnises a backup as an original (which i did not want)
i cant get to the settings menu as it just goes blackscreen
it plays some games but only through the backup launcher
if u select disk channel it gets an 002 errror
its the same with some games get the 002 errror on bul
anybody can point me in the right dirrection please to fix this?
    thanx in advanbce

    p.s.

if the wii has its firmware updated to 4.0 would it be easy to reverse again?

if so what games contain the 4.0 update for uk?

You need to enable the anti 002 on your loader. if the loader does not support the anti 002 error , than find one that does.

What kind of answers did you find when you searched for "002 error or "error 002" on this forum?

as i said the system was semi bricked couldnt get into menu settings....
well had a long think about it and decided to take this chance

HOWTO: Safely Upgrade to System Menu 4.1 Offline Ade's Softmodding Wii blog
so i did everything the guide said and hey presto after the reboot all seems to be working again....
still gettings 002 error on some games with backuplauncher but when i use neogamma7(i think) it gets past the 002 error and the game plays. my system menu is now 4.1 with hbc still installed....

    Smile yes m8

yes i know m8 but it all seemed overwhelming trying to take in so much info exspecially when its ur bessy m8's son's bran new wii that he had for xmas...which was leh285..... which not only had the 002 error but was also semi briked kinda..

when i searched this site for a fix for it it came up with having to install a wiikey to fix it..which i have never done before....so i looked and found what i feel like is a kinda fix to this(i hope). and yes this site is the most helpful one i havve came across for the wii and there are a lot of clever people here to provide ansewers which is always nice to see........

    so thank you wiihacks.....
    happy new year...
