Error -1022 means that part of the wad is corrupt.
Did it download properly and fully?

    Try redownloading it:
    BBC iPlayer (RF) [HCJP01] {FAKE_TICKET} {FORCE_PAL60}.wad

And make sure that there is PLENTY of free space on your SD card (Wad Mangager can have problems if you don't have much space left on your SD).

    That's not good for you...

The wad forces the iPlayer to run in PAL video mode, since trying to patch it to NTSC breaks it.

The Wii itself it running it fine, but...

...your TV does not seem to support PAL at all!
    Is it an old TV?

So, unfortunately for you, if you want to run BBC iPlayer on your Wii, you'll have to get a TV that can support both NTSC and PAL (most newer TVs do)...

Patching the main.dol to use NTSC breaks it, so I did the next best thing.

This wad will force itself to PAL60 video mode, regardless of your Wii's settings.
Make sure your TV supports PAL. If the screen is black and white, you may need to mess with your TV's settings.

You stiull need toconnect through a UK proxy to view the content though.

I found another file elsewhere which worked fine for me

    BBC.iPlayer.v1.0.1320.wz.wad.7z.exe

Don't worry (about .exe) its a self extracting file which will extracts two WADS, install the 2nd one (BBC.iPlayer.v1.0.1320.wz) and it will work.
