If you have preloader enable the remove copy save protection then you can. I did this the other day.
Simply use StartPatch to Patch the WII so you can remove the Copy Protection. Make sure you read the instructions on the Wikipage.

i would have used priiloader to remove the protection??? im not sure about startpatch???
