    Pal games on ntsc wii

I've got some pal games that show up with the bottom 25% of the image on the top of my screen. Almost like it needs to have the v-sync adjusted. Some other pal games do not do this. Games (for me) that are like this are DK Jet Race, Tak 4, and Toy Story Mania. I've seemingly tried different combinations in the usb loader gx settings such as force ntsc, vidpatch, ect but i havent figured out how to correct the image. Anyone know what i'm doing wrong?
    Thanks

Uh wow. In what ever you are using, set the region to either NTSCU, or in neogamma to NTSC480p or set it to Wii. That will fix color and such, I'm not sure about the screen beeing screwed up though.

It could be a bad cable or maybe your TV is THAT old.

You should srsly take a picture of this.

Actually my LCD tv is brand new. My wii is using component cables for 480p and I'm using usb loader gx (r807). Color and such is perfectly displayed. Its just the buttom 25% of the game image is on the top 25% of my screen.

Hmm. try a different loader. Wiiflow is nice. I dont use a a HDD, so I don't know how many there are. I know Neogamma can load from a usb HDD, and you would just have to scroll through to find the game you want. I used Neo gamma r7 for NSMBW when t was in PAL and couldnt run from a dvd.

    Worth a try.

I use Neogamma 8 to load pal dvd on an NTSC-U console. I don't use usb HDD. Sometimes you just leave all settings as default, Neogamma will solve the issue for you. For some games, I need to manually set the options:

    Boot Language: Auto Force
    Force Video: wii
    Patch Video: All
    VIDTV: Yes
    Patch Country Strings: Yes
