    Question Softmodding a new 4.1U, where's IOS249?

I just bought a Wii from WalMart with the $50 gift certificate deal and am ready to softmod it. I've done them before but this is the first console that I got with 4.1U out of the box. I'm using the typical tutorial but am stuck at the part where I use Wad Installer 1.4 to install the IOS38,50,53,55... I'm trying to install the patched IOS60 first but can't seem to find or know how to get IOS249 on my system to allow me to install the patched IOS60 as it only shows IOS254 available to use. Am I missing something? Can I extract or install IOS249 off a game or grab it off of NUS downloader? If that's the case, then what IOS do I use to install IOS249 with WAD Installer? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

    Are you using:
    http://www.wiihacks.com/recommended-...d-any-wii.html

    did you complete step 3?

    "3. GET A CIOS

    a) Go to Homebrew channel and run Trucha Bug Restorer, load IOS36, press 1, read the warnings then select 'downgrade IOS15', select to load IOS from SD card then let it do its job, keep an eye on what it is doing and make sure you select 'load from sd card' when it asks & don't get any errors.

    b) Run Trucha Bug Restorer again, this time select to load IOS15 on first screen using dpad left/right, then select the IOS36 menu & install patched (select 'yes' on all 3 patches) IOS36 to slot 36, again using IOS from SD card.

    c) Run Trucha Bug Restorer again, load IOS36 and this time select restore IOS15.

    d) Run cIOS38 r14 installer, select IOS36 as the one it should use and then select wad install."

    Step d) installs cIOS 249
