cIOS38rev15 is not an official release and disrupts other IOS's.
Reinstall cIOS38rev14, this may work or it may be more involved.

    see this thread.

    Download anytitle deleter here,
    MODv5.rar

Store the three files in SD\apps\anytitledeleter

    Open HBC and select anytitledeleter

You have to be careful deleting stuff, only delete cIOS38rev15.
Place rev 14 wad in SD\wad
Install with wad manager from HBC.

This may not work, you may have to use TBR, this is more involved, but may be needed if rev15 has messed stuff up.

How does rev15 disrupt other IOS's?
    --------------------------------------------------------------------
    cIOS38 rev15 readme
This IOS has been made to be used ONLY with homebrew software. The Custom IOS installs as IOS249 and it does not modify any other IOS so it is secure to install.
The only thing the rev15 disrupts is rev14.
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Only one file to delete, should be called cIOS38rev15
Just reinstall cIOS38 rev14, that will over write rev15, problem solved.
