External HD and Rock Band 2 DLC

I was wondering if it is possible to use an external HD for RawkSD and DLC content seeing as SDHC doesnt work. Also if it is possible do i need to format the external HD to WBFS or Fat32 any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

I saw a video where it is done, but there isn't any tutorial. I've been searching in some webs but couldn't find it.

Well, hopefully that means it's possible. A 2GB card just isn't even close to big enough to house even some of the songs I like.

    EDIT:

By what I've seen ... it looks like the drive has to be formatted like the SD (FAT or FAT32). I'm already using a loader so maybe I can find a way to partition the drive, one FAT32 and the other WBFS for the games? RawkSD seems to install as a "preloader" for Rock Band 2 in which allows access to HDD for DLC content. I am just speculating right now. Just d/l'd RawkSD and I'll be playing around with it.
