    play Wii-Ware from SD card?

I read somewhere that it's possible to play Wii-Ware games from an SD card, but couldn't find exactly how to get my WADs to do that.

Could anyone help me out with that?

no you have to shout to it loud and clear.... (sarcasm) of course it does! and you wont see it in the channels, you will have to go to the SD card. also there is triiforce which can run wiiware installed on sd card directly

does DataManagement work with unofficial channels?

i've always wondered, can i use Datamanagement to reinstall Wads from the sd card installed with wad manager previously. At the moment i just uninstall/reinstall everthing through wad manager bypassing data management in case it doesnt work with non-offical channels.
    I'm on 3.2 btw
    thanks

no use wadmanager as is, other methods may cause problems, cos data management leaves crap behind

I decided to give this a shot and the transfer to the sd card worked, but when i went to the sd card menu and tried to load the wii ware, I got a message that said "Failed to Launch". Can the wii ware games actually be run from the sd card? Is my wii ware somehow bad? It ran before.

forget about it and get triiforce. it rocks big time. it plays wiiware directly from SD or USB (yeah thats right) without even installing it in wii's memory. it is a life saver

Thanks messie. I'll check out triforce. When that 16GB sd card arrives, if it arrives (stupid back order...), i'll have lots of space on it for wii ware.
