error 003 in egypt

hello

iam mohamed from egypt

i bay wii yesterday

and i update system today by my wireless

after update finished

i got this error

error 003

unauthorized device has been detected

plz i need solution

iam soo sad

that error is returned on wiis that have been region changed, you should take it back to where you bought it and get your money back!

like sent wii to nintindo??

there is no fix atm so i guess you are gonna have to ask nintendo.....please let us know what they say.....

cant we just remove the mod chip and run the wii again and see what happen coz if it open again we can hack into it and downgread it and put back the mod chip and play as nothing happend

can this be done?!

its nothing to do with a modchip, it comes from wiis that have had their region changed ie korean to us...
