Need help with deleted soft mod items

I upgraded the softmod to 4.1 using the following:

    Cios38-rev14
    Cios Downgrader 1.2
    Preloaderv0.29-cred
    Trucha Bug Restorer
    WadManager1.4
I got a screen that kept coming up and I couldnt get to the system menu, so I just thought I would delete all of the above along with the homebrew channel and back up launcher to have the systems default. After I did that, the screen is black and the wiimotes just blink blue.

I bought a savemii and put it in the gc memory slot but the light just sits on red and nothing happens. Is there any software I need to burn and run that will help me get my system back up? The cd drive still spins. I have a store bought copy of Twilight Princess, any help would be appreciated.

Seems like you got yourself a low-level brick, congratulations..
Do you have BootMii as boot2 with a NAND dump? Otherwise, it's impossible to fix this.

Deleting soft mod apps and such doesn't magically restore the shit back to default, you need to do alot of other things, changes through NAND is permanent, you should've really looked up the "Make your Wii a virgin" in guides section.
If you tried to delete things through AnyTitle Deleter too, then it's no wonder your Wii is messed up.

Your wii is beyond repair, learn to lookup guides before you do anything you don't know in the future.
