    WAD Manager drive type?

Does WAD manager work with FAT32 or FAT16? I just got a new 1TB for my PC so the 500GB is going dedicated to the Wii. I want to make a partition to keep wads on, I was thinking maybe 100GB for wads solely if that's possible to do I know the partition has a limit when its in FAT. Anyone know an answer for sure? Thanks, if you know about the partition size let me know as well.

FAT(16) has a limitation of 2GB partition size.

FAT32 has a limitation of 127GB but can be a little screwy in different operating systems, the individual file size in FAT32 is limited to 4GB.

FAT32 is fine. I've never formatted with anything besides it for Wii files.
