I dont see how you can say its the easiest. Anything that installs old ios' and renames them is a bad thing in my opinion. The less internal stuff you mess with the safer you are. Waninkoko's Menu Patcher is in my opinion a lot easier and safer when achieving playing backups from the disc channel. Also I wonder how your bootmii is doing with cioscorp installed.

    From the BootMii website:

In most cases, however, this means you have installed some sort of "mod pack" which leaves your system in a damaged state that interferes with our system scan. In particular, "cIOSCORP" is known to be problematic because some idiot decided it would be smart to take some old version of IOS, change the version number, and overwrite all other IOSes. Most other "packs" are less destructive, but we do not have time to test them all.

    +1 to social...

Your aim must be to cause the least harm possible to the original files of the wii. right now, i can keep track of what i have installed and what ioses exactly have been tampered with in my wii, so i know what i can and cannot install in the future or uninstall if needed.. I know which ioses are clean and which are not, which can be replaced and which cannot. I know if an alteration of ioses shoul brick me or not. Above all, i can re install the hackmii, which you cannot

i do understand that, you are quite right, but as i had majour problems using USB loader, and was forever having to chop and change things on my backup loader in order to get different games to work( WSR, GHOST BUSTERS, GH5 ETC) it became quite tedious TBH. So i installed Cioscorp, knowing the downfalls before hand so i can't blame anyone if it did/does go per shaped, but i can now play ANY game hassle free.

As for the re-installation of Hackmii , IF it was ever needed, am i not right in saying i could just use dop-ios or NUS downloader and install the relevant IOS(s)( I Think it may be IOS36, don't hold me to that lol) and i would easily be able to re-install Hackmii

I am not saying that your way is wrong, but neither is mine, it's all down to personal preference i suppose.

yes this is true, there are a couple of things you can do. 1 use anyreagon changer or 2. NUS downloader, im sure both of these can sort that out.

With regards to Waninkoko's Menu Patcher, as i havent used this befor, how does it compare to Cioscorp, does it autmatically update and play all the recent games to come out. i.e will it play say GH5? or do you have to wait for an update from Waninkoko to be releasd?

As for Menu Patcher it just allows you to play GCN and Wii Backups from the disc channel. As for automatically updating and playing recent games it does not do this. But thats what NeoGamma and USB Loader GX is for.
