Exclamation Best way to play Gamecube on the Wii

So, i have this problem i hope you guys can help me with.

I have a 3.1u Wii, softmoded (HBC) and hardmoded (First model Wiikey clone, very old, doesn't play Mario Galaxy), and i've installed Gamecube launcher v02. I tried to play several gamecube games but i don't know what i'm doing wrong.

Every time i load a disc i get:
    can't load DVD 263
    error 0x52400
That happens on every disk. Even the ones i CAN play.

Just to illustrate, these are the discs i have and what happens:

These are all Multi-Iso NTSC discs i built and burned myself

    DISC 1
Paper Mario / Mario party 7 / Pokemon colloseum / Harvest Moon / Bloody Roar / Wreckless / Megaman Network Transmission
-- Bloody Roar won't load. Wreckless just loads the Audio (may be PAL). Megaman Network won't load. All others work fine.

    DISC 2
Smash bros Melee / Medabots / Ravemaster / Zatchbell / Wind Waker / Megaman Command X
-- All work fine, except Melee, but i think it's because the ISO is PAL (Game only runs on Black/White), Wind Waker won't load, Megaman X won't load.

    DISC 3
Mario Kart / Soul Calibur 2 / Eternal Darkness : Sanity Requiem
-- Eternal Darkness Locks up and resets at random

    DISC 4
Macross / Skies of Arcadia / Baiten Kaitos
    -- Baiten Kaitos won't run.

Please give me a hand here i have no idea what i'm doing wrong and i rather not waste DVD's blindly or mess around with the Wii without knowing more of what i'm doing...

Have you installed a custom mIOS? Just google cMIOS rev3 installer and put it in your apps folder then run it and install the custom mIOS.

That and check the compatibility lists for the Gamecube loader, because that generally helps as well. I need to have a look at the mIOS thing for when I get a GC controller... Ikaruga on Wii... *looks to something* hell yeah! But seriously, check the compatibility lists for the gamecube loader becaues that might help you out a bit.

Heh no problem Sonic, I was hoping you posted the PAL ones as well since I generally prefer PAL Gamecube games for the obvious reasons, but awesome for posting the list anyways Have a thanks

Thanks guys, but it's weird... following the compatibility list, some of those games should've worked.

I updated a few IOS, and installed cIOS 249 (rev13) but i was wondering about mIOS 3... is it safe? Does it offer the best compatibility?

If you are playing multi discs, I have seen on the forum where peeps having problems with GC backup Launcher 0.2 playing multigame discs. I play multigame discs with GC Backup Launcher 0.1 Xi, seems to work fine.

I have cIOS rev14 and cMIOS rev3 installed.
