New to Wii hacking and have some questions!

I have a launch day Wii with 4.1U
I have already installed the Hombrew channel and dvdX.
I want to be able to run backups from a hard drive and burnt dvds. What should I do from here?

    Thanks in advance.

Searching the forum will help. If you can't be bothered to search let me know.

There's little difference between 4.0 and 4.1, only really a fix for WM+. Any USB loading tutorial will work the same on 4.1 as 4.0.

If you look at the bar at the top of the forums you will see a "Tutorials" section. There is an abundance of knowledge in there. I would suggest checking that out first.

You will get more answers if you attempt to help yourself first.

Is it just me or does everyone get fed up when people take no time to learn before asking questions?

Every single answer to your questions are out there, you just have to learn to search correctly and they will unveil themselves.

I agree. I never ask a question without going through every source I have at my disposal. I make damn well sure that I search high and low before asking a question that may have been answered before.

If you're at 4.0 or 4.1, don't downgrade. You may run into bricking problems with an accidental disc update. Your hacks will work fine, downgrading is a thing of the past before firmware 4.0 was released.

I could remember being new, so much information to absorb.
