Hey badmoon, I did the same thing, though I forget how I fixed it lol.. I'll try to remember.. :P

First I downloaded AnyTitleDeleter (DOWNLOAD HERE)
I ran AnyTitleDeleter and went to Hidden channels and deleted the one that says "(DVDX)"
Then I went back to my homebrew channel menu and ran DVDx installer (If you don't have it you can download it through the homebrew browser)

    Then it should work :]

If that didn't work then I totally forget what I did lmao..

    Good luck.

Seems to have helped a lot. Still seems a little slower than before, but much better now. It doesn't seem to be hanging on me now, so far....

Thanks for the help & quick reply too.

I would still like to know if it would be possible to do a backup of my Wii at this point before I brick it messing with other apps? I like to play with stuff and would love to have a safety net just in case.

disc updates should be avoided m8 - if you are using cioscorp then you really should be using something to block game updates too, what sys menu are you on?

    System Menu 3.3E

What would you recommend for blocking the updates? I don't really what to drag this thread off topic so if you want to PM me with a recommend program I will look it up and follow a guide that is out there.

    Thanks again.

Ok , I installed the DVDx Fix and everything else.. Everything runs fine , but some games , like Overlord for example show me the 002 error when loaded from the disc channel. If loaded from the loader with the fix everything is fine..
How to fix this problem.. thanks in advance.

    Hi,
I'm also new to this Wii hacking. But ive been trying to play burnt wii games for a while. I read, that all I had to do was install cioscorp v.3.3. I download it to my sim card opened it on homebrew and clicked load. Then it said I needed cios rev7 to install it. I got that too but when I started to install it (cios rev7) an error occured it was something like ret-1102. Im not sure though. Please help
    Thx.
