@lil - it is illegal to distribute wads with nintendo code in them, the softmii guys came up with a solution that downloaded and patched all the ios but didnt contain any nintendo code..i think it was called softcorp, and one of its selling points was that it was 'legal'....it didnt work though (what a surprise!)...hence everyone saying cioscorp is illegal, doesnt matter one bit cos you are not going to be arrested for downloading some files

This version of cIOSCORP does not work as well as previous versions.

I am going to post cIOSCORP 1.0 , which works with any system menu with a tutorial that is easy to follow.

    Question Cioscorp3.3

once installed can it be removed or is it a one shot deal also if you updated via nintendo with this installed whats the most likely outcome (BRICK)?
and another one off topic where can i get a gc controller as i want to backup my nand with bootmii ?
    Thanks guys
    Baz

you can get rid of it by installing regular ios over the cios - never delete them else brick! updating via nintendo won't brick you but will overwrite some/all(?) of the cios so you will lose it...backing up your nand with bootmii as an ios is pretty pointless but if you must (and gc controllers are handy) then dealxtreme ftw

    Dogeggs,
From what I gather, if I was to restore my system from the Bootmii back up I made before installing Cioscorp 3.3 all should be like it was before cioscorp?

I do have it working well now but I attached an external drive so I no longer need to use it. My preloader hacks were mucking me up I think.

Much thanks for any help dude!

Thanks for that M8 im goin to give Cioscorp a try as i was watching my little girl trying to boot from the disc channel today and keep getting the black screen! it was very funny and she threw the controller down in disgust, when i stopped laughing i showed her neogamma but the load from the disc channel would be easy for them to get there heads round ( will you still get 002 errors with cioscorp 3.3)
