I have updated the thread a few weeks ago because there are links to it, but have not changed the title of the thread for the same reason. When v63 is complete then I will also update the thread.

quick question, i have my external usb hd as wbfs with about 150 games on, if i reformat as fat32 and put the games back on will the file sizes increase dramticaly?
i can see the advantage of using fat32 as its just dragndrop of iso's but wbfs removes all the padding and saves loads of space, did i miss something?

If you store them .wbfs files , size will be the same . I did this WBFS to FAT32 switch too , i had to borrow an external HDD , convert games from WBFS partition back to ISO , format the HDD then transfer the games back with Wii Backup Manager or Wii Game Manager ( they will end up with an WBFS file extension and scrubbed )

First of all, thanks a lot for this great guide.
Sorry if this is not the right place to post this, but I have a simple newbie question:

Can I set a list of favourite games? (like for instance in hermes uloader). I have 100s of games..
If yes, how can I have this list shown at boot?
    Thanks

Just press 2 to see a list of favorites. I'm not sure if you can have it boot with that, but considering this loader is awesome, there is probably a way in Configurator.

Well...I tried to press 2 (at rolling selection screen) but nothing happened at all.
I found at main menu the possibility to select the type of sorting, but again no option to set favorites.
Can you please explain what is it supposed to happen when pressing 2?
    Thanks

Have you even marked certain games as favorites? If you don't know how, just press 1 when pointing at a game, and a list of options will pop up. Change Favorite to "yes", then press 2 to save your settings. Your game will now have a star on it (or possibly something else depending on your theme), and pressing 2 while browsing through games will enable or disable "favorites only".
