I have no internet connect installing a step on my instructions which cases the installation to end with an error ....


This is what i have to do:

+Load IOS Downgrader in Homebrew Channel. Just follow any prompts until it tells you it is complete.

As i have not got my Wii connected nor can I afford to, is there a method to do this without an internet connection ?

And if so is there noob prove instructions to go with how to do it as so i don't break it :P

EDIT: Im on PAL by the way as I am in the Uk.
