I'm not up on downgrading, or the tutorial you followed but it sounds like your system is set to the opposite region (PAL/NTSC) and thus your TV isnt displaying it properly.

At least that's what happens when you boot a PAL game on an NTSC system. If i'm right you installed an update for the other side of the pond.

First off you posted this in 3 differant places, which is a big NO NO!

Second there was No reason for you to downgrade in the first place.

Third you probaly installed the wrong region.(3.2U=US, 3.2E=Eur, and 3.2J=Jap)

Now if you would have done some research and reading on this you would have known...

    READING ROOM PLEASE.

And this kids, is how wiis really end up bricked. People just randomly try shit without reading guides. Or when something goes wrong they just try to wing it.

In all seriousness though, if you have a video input jack on your computer you might be able to see things clearly enough to put on the NTSC version.....

You could also try, if you have another device with in/out, to have the Wii go through something like a DVD player or VHS player into the TV. I've heard people say their old VHS players are successfull in converting the PAL signal into a usable NTSC for their TVs.
