I have had unbelievable amounts of issues with getting my HD recognized using any of those updates.

Going to run with this until I see an issue....As far as I know it is just an alternative script written by another programmer.

surprised but ive never had really any issues with any cios tho, pretty much everyone that has come out has worked fine for what i use it for......

and for it being an alternate script by another programmer both rev9 & rev10 and rev13 & 13B are all by the same programmer waninikoko

CIos 222 is apparently done by someone who goes by Hermes'.....SO far I have shut down both the wii/HD and have rebooted and had them both recognized. I think his stuff is more focused on the Wiigator things(I have never used anything else....I have pretty much been exclusively Wanikikoko.

Almost anything I find about this other guy is in Spanish though, and I too busy/lazy(the real answer lol) to translate it.

I've read somewhere that cIOS 249 to play back ups ,202 to play back ups from usb and 222 is for homebrew from usb

Just was reading not sure about 222 it might also be to fix uncompatible HDD or it could be to get usb devices i.e. microphones, guitars, wii speak etc
    to work with usb loaders

I've never even heard of 202. And 249 and 222 are essentially the same thing just developed by different guys. Think Nvidia / ATI, or Ford / Chevy, or whatever. Same deal, different maker.

I have an installer for 202......may test it out in a bit and see if I notice anything different.

Some what hesitant as I can't find much info on it.....I guess being a guinea pig can be fun sometimes.
