Patched IOS60 ?

hi every i did a search on this but i couldn't find my answer. I was wondering wut is the pros and cons of Patched IOS60 i mean i installed it already but i have 3.2 and im keeping my 3.2 just wondering what it dose thank everyone

its for sys menu 4, it's a trucha patched so you can play vc/wiiware...you don't need it at all on sys menu 3.2
