    Wii Speak

Anyone who wants the latest Wii Speak can download it here in wad form with a patched IOS56 that it runs off:

    Wii Speak NTSC-U

    Wii Speak PAL

    Unpatched IOS56

It's the latest version that you get in the official 4 update, install wiispeak.wad and IOS56.wad and you're set

EDIT: seems like it won't work with the patched IOS56, so I've included a link to an unpatched one - thx seejay01462

I show 38 on HB9. I'm currently running 3.4. Is it safe to to install the ios56 patch?

    Thanks.

Update: I installed the Channel, but have been unable to install the 56 update. I get an error ref: -2011 error. Do you know what this could be?

Should one be installed before the other, or doesn't it matter?
I just get a black screen when I try to run the channel now :-(

It shows on the wii menu, but when I run it it goes to a black screen and I have to reboot the wii. Do you think I should use 'any title deleter' to take off IOS56, delete the channel and try again?........or shouldn't I be messing with IOS56 ?
Probably a stupid question, but why can't I just download the new Wii Speak channel from Nintendo?

I upgraded from 3.2E to 4.0E using Waninkoko's upgrader. As far as cIOS249 r9 goes, I'm going to sound like a real noob now, but I don't know! How would I find out? I've followed so many guides and tuts, which have been brilliant, but I have lost track of what's what.

If it's any help, the HB channel is showing IOS36 v4.18

Just as an update, I deleted IOS56 and the Wii Speak channel. I then installed an unpatched IOS56 and the Wii Speak channel, and it now works fine.
