i managed to find this and download but when i try to run it, it bounces a few times in the dock and then vanishes; is there a step i'm missing before this app will open?

Ditto. Can someone answer this pretty please? I'll be your best friend!

I highlight the ISO and click 'Make HBC' but I am not sure what to do from here. I get a folder with: boot.dol / icon.png / meta.xml

Not sure what to do from here. I am a noob but wouldn't you need a wad?

I don't think so. I tried but got frustrated and did it on PC with XP. WBFS for MacOS X is unfortunately not a full port of the original PC version.

I also ran into a problem where the Mac version would not load a scrubbed iso to my WBFS drive but the PC version did.

Evil, evil windows!!! But Mac is gaining ground again.!

It's working great for me. One thing I'm curious about though is the "artwork" section on the bottom left (almost iTunes like). It doesn't seem to ever download the artwork. Is there something I'm doing wrong or is it not capable of really doing that?

It depends which version you have! There are 2 WBFS versions floating around, one of them has a menu at the top that says advanced, and then format drive! It took me a few tries to figure it out but worked flawlessly! The first time around I used a PC at work and formatted my drive, but this way is easier! Sorry i didn't download the file attached above to see which one it is! cheers and good luck!

@JTNY the artwork there doesn't really matter, if you use USB loader GX you can download artwork / disc art through it

I use this WBFS manager for osX.
    It has saved me.

My question is it does NOT support WBFS to WBFS transfer. I
It will only read one drive at a time.

Any suggestions on how to transfer external WBFS to external WBFS drives?
