Update Question

Hey guys its me again i had a question here. I formated my wii then soft modded it using the current virsion of banner bomb, but i didnt download some of the free channels like the everybody votes channel from the store before modding my wii and now i cant use the shopping channel without updating my wii from its software ver. 4.3U is there anyway i can get these channels without having to update? i would like to use the voting channel and download other miis other people have created.

If i can avoid it i would like to not have to re softmod or anything like that if possible.

So, desmond48... I gotta burning question to get off of my chest: exactly which wiihacks guide told you to format your Wii? And gee, I really wish OUR SOFTMOD GUIDE had something about updating the SC --- I really do.

Of course our guide does, which simply means YOU ARE FAIL!

We do have guides. None of them for the purposes you speak of ever advocate formatting. Kind of get my drift?

yes i do :)..

Check the any wii guide again, and this time, be sure to include the Wii Shop Channel v21 in with the updates. Then you should be able to access Wii Shop and download those other channels that you blew up.

is it safe to delete wads after you have installed them on the wii from the sd card?

Yes it is safe. I personally keep a backup folder on my PC for all wads I install, but that is up to you.
