I'm on 4.3e my wiiflow and cfg works fine, I only use priiloader to recover from bricks. Am not using any priiloader hacks or settings (except move disc channel).

This is what I do to install wiiflow and cfg USB loaders.
Make sure all iOSes above 200 are NOT stubbed.
I installed cios 236 (and install and patch iOS 36 using either multimod manager or wiimod), custom iOS installer to install cios 36 and 57 (must use cios 249 as base as with most homebrew) and yawmm or mmm to install the skyward sword essential wads and cfg/wiiflow channel wads. That usually works for me.

It's ok, I am quite nooby too

You know if youre ioses are stubbed if you go to ios manager and try to load one of them, it will say "not loading stub ios". There is a "remove stubbed ioses" option on the mmm main menu, go to it and select the option which should remove the stub ioses from 222 upwards (the one that says "recommended for all wii"). However this is where I encountered a problem last time I tried to do this: sometimes it will say "error removing ios" , but after a while I got it to work but can't remeber what I did, probably tried the uninstall the ios using the Wiimod app, or tried to install cios 236 using the cios 236 installer app and loaded it using mmm, then tried to remove the stubs. If you try this and get this problem then I or someone else on here can probably help you further.

If you want to play The Legend Of Zelda - Skyward Sword from a hard drive you have to install some wad files using wad manager otherwise the wii will crash and take to back to the wii menu.

If there are no stub ioses on your wii then are they showing up as white in ios manager?

If they are then select ios 249 (NOT 224), and press 1 to turn it into a custom ios. Select ios 80 on the next menu (that's the ios for a 4.3e wii), then select 249 on the next menu, then pick a version number (I use v6943). Then you'll be asked four questions, say YES to all of them. The installation will take place after that. After installation, select the now-yellow cios 249 and press HOME to load. When I select a game to play on cfg it will say "ios 249....ios reload: blocked, loading game" and the game starts.

Have you set your wbfs partition to active and primary on your hard drive?

I have never tried to load wii games from an sd card simply because all my sd cards are 1 or 2 gb and the wii is very picky about sdhcs. That's probably why you have this problem. When you start cfg do you select "mass storage device" (which would be for a hard drive) or "sd/hc"? If you have your homebrew apps on your sd card then your sd card is in fat format or has a fat format partition. Then you would probably need a wbfs partition on your sd card as well or completely format it to wbfs which would be impratical with the one sd card.

When you have/are transferring your games are they in a folder named "wbfs" in the wbfs partition?
