Syscheck freeze, Usb Loader Gx Black screen

I think I did something wrong.
Every time I run a Syscheck my wii freezes toward the end of the scan.
Here's the syscheck information I could retrieve:

I also tried conducting a dop-mii (wii brew edition) system check, and it doesn't halts (with ver 16), here's
the report, I hope it can be of any use.

This ultimately results (?) in a black screen each time I try to run a backup (testing with wii sports resort). I think Usb Loader Gx seems to be properly installed.
For the Usb Loader Gx installation I followed this tutorial. My guess is that the problem lies in the softmodding process.
Can anybody help? What problems are there with my installation? Btw my wii is ver. 4.3e

Do a syscheck with syscheck 2.1.0 b17. It should stop on a certain IOS if its damaged/corrupted. To fix just reinstall that IOS

Thanks for the fast reply Red_Gh0st.
The wii no longer freezes, the problem seemed to be the syscheck version.
No I hope you guys could examine the syscheck output and point me in the right direction.

Some of your cIOS are out of date. You can follow my d2x cios installation guide to update them. Other than that, the syscheck is fine.

Thanks for the help so far.I did what you suggested, I followed your guide here, I got no problems in the installation.
After that the Usb loader gx gave me a black screen, so I updated it following this guide. It got working again, though I still can't run my backups, I still get the black screen.

Here's the syscheck after the update:

    Is anything still missing?

I have done what you sugested, I followed your guide here.
After that I tried loading usb loader gx and all i got was a black screen, so I followed this guide and updated it.
After having gx updated I could use gx again, though still no luck when I try to play a backup all I get is a black screen, I also tried using the forward you suggested here, with no luck.

Do not double post. If you want to add info and no one has replied yet use the edit post button.

That guide should of updated your cIOS to d2x-v7.

But with that being said, I see that system check says it could not find your drive. Do you have a dvd drive installed in your wii? If you do not put it back.

You need at least a partially working drive to play backups from usb.
