Trucha Signer Won't Decrypt MW3

I copied MW3 from the disc and extracted the ISO with WBFS manager. I tried to open the ISO with Trucha Signer so I can add a mod menu into it and every time I try I get an error that says "Error decrypting data". Can anybody tell me how to fix this? Thanks.
