Not enough memory to download covers in wii flow 2??

I have about 400 on a USB drive and have been able to download covers via a wifi connection, but now when I try I get an error "not enough memory" I have a 2gb sd card and only 500mb or so is in use and over 1000 blocks free on the wii itself. Anyone have suggestions on what is out of memory or why i'm getting that error? I can continue to download covers for config loader, but not wii flow.

I would update wiiflow and see what happens but back up the boot.dol incase it doesn't work and you prefer the wiiflow you use currently.
