create new folder named "images"(if i'm not mistaken) in your SD card,.then save/keep the png file of cover art in that folder

    wii box covers

I have been searching for ages, then found a mention that you should be able to do this through the USB Loader.

I clicked on the disc cover in 'USB Loader GX' and selected download from the network - easy. Found all but one cover of the games I have on the HD.

btw, this uses this site: http://wiitdb.com

Do you just download the covers manually to the relevent folder on the SD card or have you set it up using usb configurator for (configurable usb loader?)

You can download covers with Configurable USB Loader. Select the game that needs a cover by pressing "A". You are then presented with 3 options, Press the "1" button to enter the settings menu. Now scroll down and highlight "Cover Image", now press the right button on the D-pad and the cover should download.

You can also go into Global Settings and download all missing covers.

How did you get the cover to appear when it was not found on wiitdb. I have one cover and I downloaded it to my desktop as a .png, but don't know where to put it or know how USB loader can load. Do you know how to do this?

I think WiiDB is the best program to download covers. It's easy to use and you have all the options you need. Download it from here Wii Homebrew - Wii Homebrew Downloads - PC Tools - WiiDB - Wii Homebrew
