Sorry if this is a repeat but I'm not sure my 1st reply went through properly. I don't know how it is said in Australia, but in Hawaii it's "Mahalo e komo mai"! which means "you are totally cool and thank you very much!" Actually, Hawaiians don 't use phrases like "totally cool" but the rest of the phrase stands.
