You may need to rename either the folder they're placed in, or the images themselves, or you might need to move them to the appropriate folder. See the guide in my sig.

your best bet is to go to someones house with wifi and hook up the wii there, change the internet settings on the wii and load wiiflow and have it download all the covers that way. I had every cover also. i used multiple folders and renamed many and nothing. I had to download from wiiflow. now if i want any friend to have them i just copy my fat32 side wiiflow folder to theres.

Try backing up and removing SD:\wiiflow\wiiflow.ini then load the program. This will force the app to generate a new one. Does this fix it?

You should have these 2 folders - SD:\apps\wiiflow and SD:\wiiflow. The 2nd one is where your configuration files, cover folders, etc. will be. Also make sure you're on the latest revision of wiiflow, as the older one had some different issues.

Try out the download pack and instructions in the guide. The author's kind of a jerk, but he means well.

It's probably the resolution of the images you're using, if it's not large enough they'll be blurry. The images I have that look the best are 1024x680. You can try getting them from wiitdb.com, might find some better quality images there. Also if you have wifi on your wii you can download them straight to the sd card in wiiflow settings.
