Wiiflow artwork- adding missing cover ???

If say a game within Wiiflow was missing a back cover ie front cover found / installed but no rear cover found how would you go about checking at a future date to see if a cover has since been uploaded ??

have just a few games with missing rear cover art, just wonder how I would ever install them at a later date ??

Go into the main settings (should be bottom left depending on your theme) and choose download there, it will give you the option to download All or Missing covers.

Okay thanks for that to be honest had seen that but did not realise really understand what it meant ??!!

so if I press " ALL " it will only install the one cover that I have just installed the game to wiiflow and if I press " missing " it will load all including ones that were previously not found ??

It keeps a record of which games have covers or not so that when you press Missing it just downloads the ones that need full covers, even if they have partial covers already. If you press All it will download new covers for every game regardless of if they have one or not.

To set individual games just click download from the individual game settings (hit A to select a game then click the settings icon).

After reading this message i have to say thanks to you and +rep because it partly helps myself.

My question to you Ithian is, If you keep trying to get the full covers from the scorce they use and are not sucessful with the full cover, is there a way to either make the wiiflow look at other sites to download from or can you put the artwork on yourself, and please how if you know.

    Many thanks

I don't know of a way to add sites to Wiiflow, I just know that it does check a few different sites already by default moving from one to the next when it's unsuccessful.

To add covers, the png must be named with the 6-digit game id for the game it goes with then added to sd:\wiiflow\covers.

Yeah i saw it goes to different sites. I can also see what sites when you look in the .ini file in wiiflow in notepad. just wondered if you knew of a way.

Re adding png files. I thought the covers folder was just the fronts and the box covers were the full covers?

I never looked into it, but if the sites are listed in the .ini like that then you can probably just add in new sites using the format it follows. Don't know if that'll work though.

Yeah use /boxcovers. Now that the new cover image mod is out for the emulators I keep mixing my folder names up when I go to post.

Thanks mate. Would you know of any other sites that wiiflow could use? I (prob like all others) only see half the link that wiiflow is looking for the covers in when its updating the covers.

Couldn't say I just settle for front covers if full covers don't show up, and usually those games end up getting deleted for epic crappiness anyway.
