hi to everybody ,firstly apologies if im doing this wrong as im a total noob.My problem is that when i install my wasabi dx chip is that the dvd drive wont spin,allow me to eject discs,the eject button when pressed actually powers the console on.Chip is installed correctly and the green light comes on ,when wii,s own ribbon cable is attached to drive every thing works fine any help is greatly appreciated thank you
Make sure the wasabidx is the correct way round, if so try reseating the ribbon cables. Make sure the wasabidx is totally isolated from any metal in the console to prevent shorts, use electrical tape to cover top of chip the bottom comes with green sticker.
