for videos, go to youtube and look up wasabi dx and wasabi zero installations and find the ones from canadamods, they are good ones. also look up canadamods wii disassembly video too.
the first thing u will need to do is install it as a dx so u can update the dx firmware to the newest 2.0beta. after u do that then u can install it as a zero w/clip. after its installed as zero u will need the zero configuration disc 1.4beta in order to access the settings menu for it.
as for the electric tape. i put a layer of tape covering the backside of the chip and left a 1/8 inch overhang around the edges to insulate the contact between the modchip and the wii drive board. i also put 1 strip of tape across the top side of modchip to make sure its held in place and help with it not popping off because its just pressed on the chipset. then i put a layer of tape on the metal thats adjacent in order to insulate any contact that might occur on the topside(make sure to leave the small hole uncovered as this is for ventilation). this method i came up with works really well. i have transported my wii numerous times and it has never come loose. whenever u press the chip on the chipset make sure u apply even steady pressure. when its on there securely there should be an even 1mm gap between the chip and the board the entire way around. if its not pressed on properly whenever u go to screw the drive back on chances are it will pop off. it took me 2 attempts with it popping off before i made sure i pressed it on there nice and tight. refer to the pictures i took during my install process,
