n00b question, I know, but...
I purchased the Wasabi DX and installed it and am only running backups of games I own. Will I be arrested or something since I live in the USA? Will my purchases be traced and stuff? I know, it's paranoia, but it's what you get from living in an ass backwards country like mine...

Anyone know?

no they dont arrest u lol i got caught donwloading a backup and they just sent me a nasty letter saying not to do it again.... guese what i did about 5 min after they sent it

it is not the d/l i am worried about, it's the actual modchip... I know how to block them from watching my d/ls

well, my paranoia set in and I looked up legality of modchips in america and i don't think its legal to sell them here...
