    So did I but I still had to do it. Maybe I donr understand the difference between different solderless chips. I assumed that mine (WII Clip with Wasabi V3) was also solderless but I still had to solder the F wire.

    Thanks for clarifying. Another new thing I learned oday.

    Spyman, Just saw your posting "Spyman fix - for wasabi solderless chip" does it mean that the wasabi solderless chip that I received required soldering as well?
