quick question on wasabi zero

does it work with 4.0u (no mod before,clean system)? threads posted before seem to be soft modded in some way

and does it offer usb loader? i bought a used wii so I don't want to risk the cd rom too much..

Yep, Good price. Just don't count on quick shipping. I got my zero from them, and it took three weeks. They held the chip for almost a week before they shipped.
