if you send us the chip and a working drive we can  but with a drive in your scenario it might just need to go under warranty first and then send us the drive + chip

I don't want to attempt anything with the epoxy. I've confirmed on another drive that the wii-clip does not work. I'd like to exchange it or get a discount on a pro install on the non-epoxied drive. I've waited months for an email reply. Please provide an RMA and/or service options.
