where can i get a mod chip from???
I am now ready to mod my wii i have the D2C2 AKA unmoddable wii
i was wondering whats the best modchip for the D2C2 and where i can get one from in the UK since im form the UK

try a wasabi 2 or d2pro9 v2, canadmods ships world wide

i would get wasabi 2 as its more stable than d2pro9 at the moment

Could you elaborate more on this? From my research, i thought D2Pro9 rev2 is superior.

go to wiinewz.com and read the forums there for user reported issues....wasabi 1 wasnt a great modchip but wasabi 2 is good...people are also having issues with the new firmware released by d2pro team....i dont see how this makes them superior.......i dont think any chip is superior right now as each has its strengths and weaknesses

I based my opinion from this post.

The number 1 recommended mod-chip is the d2pro9 rev 2, the number 2 recommended mod-chip is the Wasabi 2.
Has this changed?

thats not updated and you cant put one ahead of the other as they both have the + and -.......i wouldnt base my decision on one thread and me recommending one chip over the other......if you read around on the forums you can see which chips have more problems and base your decision on that
