hey i got a Your Drive Chip is most likely GC2-DMS.
Your Drive Pins are most likely not cut.
can that be? if so what modchip do i need for that one?

Yes that can be and makes sense 
You can use the wiikey , d2pro9, wasabi2, wiizard, d2sun, d2lite on it
id recommend a wiikey, simple , cost effective and easy to install. If you need a solderless solution I often recommend the d2pro9.

so really, the only reason why d2pro9 is considered better is b/c of the extra wire you need soldered on the wasabi?
other than that, how to they compare? and why isnt wasabi #1?

they are both very stable, and both the installs are the same level.
The only advantage the d2pro9 has is the fact it has the jtag update ability to rewrite the entire chip if needed in future.

I need your hellp people!!
I have a PAL wii with wasabi 3.. works great with pal games.. but i have download some ntsc games and dont work! way? i have update my wasabi chip to the new 1.4 firmware.. can some one hellp me here plz?

use the same 1.4 update disc to check the configuration. also not all ntsc games will work on a pal unit, just like not all pal will work on a ntsc system. you may want to look into using geckoOS.
