I found a similar 7" click-on screen on some wii accessories shop a while ago. It wasn't that expensive, only around 125 dollars (700 danish kroner), complete with sensor bar, plugin for your car and everything. Ofcourse it was some chinese product, so i don't know about the quality.
If i stumble upon it again i'll add a link

You probably figured it out already, but with every laptop made, a ps2/n64/gba/nes etc etc. are made too (aka EMULATORS )
