ok WOW i actualy had not seen this but dang i really wanna try this cause i had to pack up my drum set cause my electronics room is getting to cluttered not enough room for it and all the old school systems

SALIVATES......I can't wait till they develop a game similar to Guitar Hero but, apply it to the drums.

I saw that too. Nitendo will win though IMO. I just don't think the company suing them has the capital to go after the big N. Besides it was Nintendo who added the trigger to the Zapper gun. An as far as the handheld device issue goes the company suing Nintendo may get sued themselves from Zenith.

It would be kind of funny if they do get sued by Zenith. You are right about the capital. I can imagine with a release like this that Nintendo would flex it's corporate muscle just to ensure the success of the wii in the marketplace.

don't you hate it when someone comes up with an invention, waits until someone can achieve commercial success and then sue for damages and royalties? they should have sold a license...
