I ordered A Wasabi Zero from them Sunday night and they shipped it out the next afternoon. Received an email shortly after the shipping confirmation saying they had a shipping error and sent a Wasabi DX instead and asked if i would like to keep it(it costs a bit more) on top of $10 off on my next order<-- not what i wanted to hear exactly. A couple of emails sent back and forth and they are now sending me 2 clips because we both agreed that shipping back and forth would be more expensive than the clip. So now I'm just waiting for my chip/clip to arrive cant wait overall great service and they reponded to my emails swiftly even in the middle of the night. Ill leave a bit of the last email they sent me which I think really sums up their business ethics.

So far...that thinking has been great...as a lot of our business is by referrals
That said I would refer anyone to do business with them.

All I can say is that Modchip-Depot is the BEST!!! I had some questions before ordering and they were able to answer all of them instantly on messenger! I was so happy with the customer service because it was a huge change from another retailer. I also ordered it on the weekend, I think Saturday and it come on Monday. All I can say is shipping was super fast and the customer service is incredible. I know in the future I'll be ordering some chips for gifts and this is the only place I'll buy it from!
I'm so happy that my Wii finally works after almost a month. Thanks for all your help ModderMan!

Great service from Modchip-depot.
My chip was held up by customs or something and all my enquiries were answered quickly and accurately.
Got the chip installed and running no problems and am not worried due to the ongoing support offered through these forums and directly with Modchip-depot.
Would recommend them to anyone.

I am just amazed! Didnt think such a place existed anymore.
I bought some wii parts from modchip depot. And since living in Norway with Mad Customs, packages gets stopped often.
So i decided to try the msn support they offered, WOW!!
I have never experienced anything like it, no problem to little, no problem to big it seems for them. Fast reply, polite and it seems they use the time it takes to get problems solved.
I will recommend to all my friends, Mr Modderman keep up the good work.
Regards from Norway..

Shipping: It was pretty fast. I placed a Wasabi DX order on Wed night, which shipped the next day and arrived at the door on Monday in the U.S. 3 Business Days which I say is pretty darn fast.
Support: Excellent. I had a problem with the Wasabix DX installing in Zero configuration and received a reply through MSN approximately 8PM CST. It took one hour for a reply but it's better than doing it through email plus I'm sure there's plenty of customers having questions like me. =) It's nice having the support via chat. I think I would've gone insane if I had to write a bunch of emails to get the problem fixed.
- For the people interested in my problem: My DX chip had a green light and a blinking red light when doing the zero configuration. This was after installing it in DX mode and upgrading to firmware 2.0b. The problem was related to pins not lined up on the wasabi clip. It felt and looked like it was aligned but it wasn't. Silly mistake on my part. I didn't know the black part for the clip port can be pulled out slightly. I figured it out when I had to remove the clip. It made it easier to determine if the pins were aligned or not. By pulling the black part slightly out, you can slide in the clip easily and feel if it's aligned properly. When I first did the zero installation, I wiggled the clip in with slight pressure. It felt like the clip was in but it wasn't aligned properly!
Instructions: There weren't any. I would consider it as a con if the person who bought the Wasabi DX did no research or it was bought as a present for someone. Luckily this forum provided instructions on opening the Wii and installing the clip plus Modderman convinced me enough through his posts to buy it from Modchip-Depot. I also looked at the Wasabi website for installation instructions.
