USB Loader Gx - Black screen: dsi exception occurred after running original game

I bought the new Guitar Hero "Warriors of Rock", and when I inserted the dvd, I didnt realized at the time, but it informed me that in order to run the game, an update would be performed (with no internet connection). After that update, I tried to load USB loader gx the way that I always do, but this time it didnt work, giving me firstly a black screen and then appeared:Dsi excption occurred, Code Dump Error, a few numbers and saying it was trying to reload (unsuccesfuly). IT didn't updated my wii version which is still 4.2E, because I hadn't any internet connection at the time.

I'm a bit noob (I took around one month to figure out how to softmod my wii), so I really need some help:

The disc contained the 4.2 update.. so even without internet you killed your softmod. Priiloader would have blocked it.. follow the softmod any wii guide in my signature and you'll be set.. delete the loaders and config data from your sd first before you start. everything else will overwrite itself. Do the whole guide and dont skip a thing.

The disc contained the 4.2E update? But I was already with 4.2E...

In order to softmode it again, will I need to change anything about the console, or just make the changes in the SD card remod?

delete the loaders and config data from the sd.. Then follow the guide step by step. since you are on 4.2 you can use banner bomb. easy peasy..


and yes.. it contained the 4.2 update.. you might have been on 4.2 but it wasn't an official set up.. nintendo created 4.2 and 4.3 to specifically kill softmods..
